Tickets go on sale today for Mary J. Blige's "Liberation" Tour, which will feature special guests Brandy and Kendrick Lamar. The tour is in support of Blige's upcoming 2013 release, My Life II...The Journey Continues (Act 2), the follow-up to her 2011 release, (Act 1). Blige says the album will feature a track called "Loving a Woman," a duet with BeyoncĂ©.

Brooklyn-based lo-fi outfit The Babies is an assemblage of rock musicians from other Brooklyn bands, and includes psychedelic jam band Woods' bassist Kevin Morby, and Cassie Ramone, lead singer of surf-punk group Vivian Girls. Together, the two started The Babies, a foursome whose members' busy schedules force them to play shows few and far between. See them with Canadian punks Lonesome Ghost.
