I saw Willie at House of Blues and thought he was wonderful. Really enjoyed the concert.
I saw Willie in the 80's and he was greatness......then I saw him a couple of times in recent years; and, uhhhmmm buddy, time to give it up?! I realize his genius-and he is a music legend. His pronounced phrasing behind the beat was magical, and he raised country music to a true art form.
ps-His rendition of 'Blue eyes Crying in the Rain" is true high lonesome.
