East Soid! Join the Inaugural East Dallas Indie Crawl Tomorrow.

Remember when the city was divided into two sides and it was all East side versus West side? Just when you thought that violent feud was over, BAM, East Dallas hits hard with the first ever East Dallas Indie Crawl. The bar-hopping event starts at the AT&T Performing Arts Center, where Calhoun and Madison King kick off this season of Patio Sessions, goes to the Granada Theater for White Denim and Soviet, and ends at Beauty Bar for the homecoming of A.Dd+ and DJ Sober.

Now, this isn't the first time people have gone bar- hopping in East Dallas. In fact, some speculate the practice was invented there. However, this is the most organized music-based trek East Dallas has ever seen. What's next, the East Dallas Music Festival?

Now we just need to wait and see what West Dallas does to protect its rep.

Actually, there is an East Dallas music festival. It's called Lakewoodstock and it's on May 20th in Lakewood Shopping Center. 19 acts on three stages. Hard Night's Day, Fever in the Funkhouse, and many more. http://lakewoodstock.com
