Guitar Wolf at The Loft, looking like freakin' heroes.
In retrospect, the show we all should have been at this past week happened on Friday night at the Loft, as Japanese punk rockers Guitar Wolf headlined a bill that also featured Nashville's Cheap Time and Dallas' own Missile. Our photo-snapping pal Mike Brooks was there, and his field report confirms that it was quite the balls-to-the-wall affair.

Writes Brooks: "The lead singer crawled off the stage after his set, puked for a couple minutes, and then came back for an encore. Now that's rock 'n' roll!"

Yes, yes. Punk as fuck, even. So, too, are the shots Brooks passed along our way from Guitar Wolf's set. In addition to the above poster-worthy snap, you can check out the rest of his images after the jump.

Some fat fuck blocked me in every shot, but the show was fucking unreal. Cracks me up that the two american bands weren't even considerably as rock n roll as Guitar Wolf was.

It looks like the nine people in the crowd had a very nice evening.

Wow.  These are some the best photos I've ever seen on DC9.  You guys got a true talent with Mike Brooks.
