HomeGrown Music and Art Festival Replaces Riverboat Gamblers With Seryn and Larry Gee

Some news to pass along this morning on the fast-approaching HomeGrown Music and Art Festival front: After including The Riverboat Gamblers in its initial lineup announcement back in March, the band is now officially off the bill, having backed out due to a scheduling conflict.

No matter: Local music obsessives will probably prefer their replacement, the oh-so-adored Seryn, anyway. Oh, and to boot, the fest has also added a thirteenth performer to the bill: Larry Gee, who you may very well recall from this post from a few weeks back.

Also of note: A portion of the festival's proceeds will go toward the Ace McNeely Foundation, which was created back in September in the wake of the 30-year-old bass player and sound engineer's surprising death. Tickets to the event -- which are $15 in advance and will cost $20 on the day of the show -- can be purchased here.

Or you can find out how to win this week's free pair of tickets that we have to hand out after the jump, where we've also posted the most recent lineup information in full.
