Al Green - Let's Stay Together
You have to be an all-time loser not to be able to at least get to first base while listening to this effort from 1972. The title track is classic smooch music, of course, but so is the killer version of The Bee Gee's "How Can You Mend a Broken Heart."

Van Morrison - Into The Music
This effort from 1979 is one of Morrison's most criminally neglected releases. The four songs that made up Side Two of the original vinyl issue (including the stunning "You Know What They're Writing About") are some of the best boudoir songs ever created.

Frank Sinatra - Songs From The Heart
You can't have a list like this without at least one Sinatra CD. My favorite Frank effort is probably Only The Lonely, but that one is for once you baby's done dumped you. So for Valentine's Day, stick to Songs From the Heart.
