Yesterday, the folks down at Austin's SXSW announced yet another round of performers who have been confirmed to play the annual March festival. And, though at first glance, it doesn't appear as if any other North Texas have been added to the lineup that already features Erykah Badu, Bowling For Soup and The Strange Boys (but not The Secret Handshake), it turns out that's not the case. Because, even though he's listed as a Houston-based performer, one local indeed has again made the latest round of cuts.

That'd be rapper Fat Pimp, who splits his time between Dallas and Houston, but is most definitely a local act, lest his instructional dance song "Rack Daddy," which doubles as an ode to the area billiard hall, didn't hammer that point home.
