Guided By Voices Make Dallas First Stop On Reunion Tour

​You were probably all excited to hear that Guided By Voices are reuniting with the classic lineup for The Hallway Of Shatterproof Glass Tour, but were dismayed to see that Dallas wasn't on their tour itinerary. Which is not to say that GBV aren't worth a drive to Austin for their September 30 show, but still, it's a Thursday night and all...

Well, fret no more -- Robert Pollard & co. are coming to Dallas after all, with opener Times New Viking to boot. In fact, Dallas is where they'll kick off their reunion tour, featuring the 1992-96 lineup, at the Palladium Showroom  Thursday, September 29, Kris Youmans just announced.
