Poster of The Week: Doug Burr and Seryn at Lochrann's in Frisco Tomorrow Night

​ While there may not be too much that's all that delicate about Lochrann's in Frisco, there's little doubt that the two bands sharing a bill at the venue tomorrow night have a certain delicate appeal in their folky-meanderings. And that, friends, is what makes this accompanying visual a winner--because, even if the venue isn't the most delicate in the world, the poster's telling you what to sonically expect.

And it does so, almost to a fault, in a very tasteful manner. The image, of course, is the anchor here, but the type, truly, is what sets it apart. Sparse, well-spaced and even well-colored, the text here is minimal but includes all the pertinent information one really needs. Good stuff.
