RSVP To Ishi's Free Show at The Loft on Thursday and Maybe Send The Band to Bonnaroo

Ishi's live shows tend to get a little crazy.

Local dance/pop act Ishi is no stranger to a contest. The band recently won a spot on the main stage at this year's Edgefest, and now the band has its sights set on the massive Bonnaroo festival coming up this summer in Tennessee.

How? Well, with a party, duh.

On Thursday night, Ishi will host a free dance party at the Loft as part of Ford Fiesta's nationwide contest for a chance to play at Bonnaroo. Acts from just about every major U.S. city are playing free concerts this week, and Ishi is hosting Dallas' deal. Should be a good time, but the only way to get in to the show is to RSVP right here. Doing so helps the band as well: The act headlining the free show with the most RSVPs will win a spot at the Ford stage at Bonnaroo.

Sounds simple enough, right? Yup. But Ishi is also sweetening the deal with some pretty legit raffle prizes, including gift cards to Whole Foods, a couple $50 drink tabs and a free drink when you check in to the venue on Foursquare.

Even if you can't make the concert, an RSVP helps Ishi win. But maybe you should try to make it: DC9 favorites DJ Sober and Darktown Strutters are opening the show.
