Never heard of Phoenix or the other locals and probably never will. Maybe they should change the name of the concert to "Disneyfest" .. I agree with you when it comes to the main stage acts.. although I must admit I am a little excited about seeing Limp Bizkit, and Hole. I mean, come on! it's just something that has to be done. frankly, I agreed to go because of Metric who I've loved for years, and phoneix who are awesome. kinda sucks I paid $78. though.

You're the music news guy, and yet you don't even know the bands you're talking about. The Crash Kings and Neon Trees are amazing new bands that are gonna be huge. Have you even been to Edgefest these last few years?? Because I have. And while the lineups may have been questionable, once there, it becomes a hell of a show. So next time, report who's going and keep your personal dribble to yourself!

• Deftones...lame? I had to read that sentence again because I was sure I must have misunderstood. Deftones keeps it hot. Obviously, this is all a matter of personal taste, but I've never read something where Deftones were put in the "obviously lame" section. EdgeFest typically has a 70% lame line up, but they typically sprinkle two or three good bands in there (like STP in 08).

• Hi,24 male Alberta. I think MOST US folks all they do is complain there GOOD at it. I must say I would go for 3DG,Flyleaf,10 Years mainly but..Bizket only if in a party mood otherwise pass. • this is a decent line up! i mean you got something for EVERYBODY! Limp Bizkit and Deftones for the 90's rocks, both GREAT Live, Limp Bizkits music is a "party vibe" kind of groups its good for shows and 3DG are damn good live. i appove the line up, it could be WAY worse.

• i think all the festivals and concert this year have Amazing line-ups! Yes, Even Limp Bizkit! Theres something for everybody and thats respectable! This one, Rock on the Range! all having stellar bands! Im diggin the depth and variaty of this show!

• The Deftones, Switchfoot, and Metric should be fun! Not wild about the others. And I tried listening to the second stage bands (other than Metric) to get psyched about the show as you said they were good, but all I heard was mediocre pop with singers that annoy me. Pass for me, but to each their own! Should be a fun show. :)

• While I might say some on the line up are a bore, such as Three's Days Grace, this is looking better than last year. By the way, it is The Crash Kings. I for one am excited to see Switchfoot and Flyleaf on the same stage; however, am disapointed that Flyleaf always choses to play festivals in Dallas rather than their own shows.
