Salim Nourallah To Record Entire Old 97's Four-Night Stand Next Week

​As mentioned last month, the Old 97's are going back into the studio with Salim Nourallah in January, but they're not waiting until then to start recording.

Nourallah and engineer Rip Rowan will record the entirety of the 97's four-night stand at Sons of Hermann Hall next Sunday through Wednesday.

Just how those tracks will be released in the future is still undecided. Whatever the case, there will be plenty to choose from, as the band will be playing as few repeat songs as possible from night to night and hitting all periods of the band's 16-year history.
