- George Strait is set to star in the kinda-sequel to his movie Pure Country. I hope he's taken some acting lessons since then, geez.
- Ken Ober has passed away. I spent many an afternoon as a young teen watching him on Remote Control.
- The old Oasis are now the new... I dunno. But, the remaining members are starting a soon to be monikered band.
