For the second straight month, a big music event opened in Austin last weekend to fine weather and revelers decked out in their festival finest. Then, as with October's ACL Fest, the skies opened up over last weekend's Fun Fun Fun Fest. Sunglasses, masks and capes made way for ponchos and rubber boots -- but onstage, under whatever lights were still working in the rain, the bands kept on rolling.
