- The Smashing Pumpkins are set to release a free 44-song album, which will be released as a series of EPs. Now if I could find a time machine to take me back 15 years, to when there was more than one original member in the band.
- Mary Travers of Peter, Paul and Mary fame has passed away at age 72.
- A riot erupted after a Marilyn Manson show in Winnipeg. I'm not sure who to blame here, the media or the devil.
