Video: SHO.--"Stick N Move"

Along with live performances by Peer Pressure, Loose Cannons, Fritz Floyd and the DOMA-nominated Dem Southernfolkz, this month's Final Friday showcase at the Liquid Lounge also features SHO. SHO., born Justin Hill, is a relative newcomer to the local hip-hop scene, having moved from his native Louisiana to Dallas in 2006.

He's already earned airplay in Shreveport and Cleveland, MS, with his singles "What U Know Bout Me" and this "something for the ladies" track, "Stick N Move," the video for which is already getting positive feedback over at AllHipHop.com. In the song, SHO. promises to treat you right if your man isn't up to the task. It's a nice track, if a bit repetitive toward the end. Dudes might prefer his harder tracks like "Play Wit Me" and "Half," all menace and swagger--though there's plenty of eye candy in the "Stick N Move" video. Shot in-house by SkyHighWorld, it features a couple of Urban South models, along with Pookie from Urban South and Loaded.

Following Final Friday is Tuesday's release party for SHO. EP mixtape The Bailout at Rack Daddy's in Arlington. The EP is hosted by Pookie and Definition DJ Dre, and follows his 2008 DJ Drop-hosted 36 Oz. of Drop.
