Celebrate The Granada Theater's Five-Year Anniversary and Download Macon Greyson's New EP
Balis, you already know, is using tonight's show as the CD release party for his fantastic solo debut, Too Much Living. But, so too, it seems, is Macon Greyson. The band, as heard in The Wrestler you may recall, announced today that it's offering its new four-song EP, the raucous This Machine Kills Hypocrisy, as a free download on its Web site. (For the record, I recommened checking it out, if only for the opening track, "Pushing Strings.")
Anyway, it should all add up to quite the party at tonight's show, which kicks off sharply at 8 p.m.
Oh, and if you're looking to go to the party, well you better hurry. According to venue owner Mike Schoder, there's only 20 tickets left.
