Kelly Clarkson Does Not Hook Up, You Say? Hmmm.

But unlike the first single, "My Life Would Suck Without You" which, along with the album, shot to No. 1 on the Billboard charts almost immediately, it hasn't had much chart firepower: Three weeks into its placement on Billboard's Hot 100 Airplay Chart, "I Do Not Hook Up" seems to have topped out at No. 40 on the list. That's not necessarily terrible news, though--expect that number to keep growing in the coming weeks as the first single dies down.
This, however, is bad news for Kelly: The celebrity blog DListed, not known for its kindness, posted some very unflattering images of Clarkson to its site yesterday, as apparently taken at this past weekend's KIIS-FM Wango Tango event in Los Angeles.
Normally, I wouldn't even bring a topic like this up in this space (that might be a lie), but since DListed went ahead and compared Clarkson's appearance to that of another famous Dallas-bred musician in the write-up that accompanies the images, well, I practically feel forced to mention it. Because, really, how often does that happen?
