Bonus MP3: Kim Lenz and the Jaguars -- "Touch Me"

kimlenz.jpg
Kim Lenz, who Rolling Stone once praised by claiming that, "if Elvis had been a woman, he probably would have sounded just like Dallasite Kim Lenz," may have relocated from our fair city to the left coast in recent years, but it's still worth noting that, in just a few weeks, she'll be releasing her latest disc, called It's All True! Mostly because, well, as rockabilly goes, Lenz is indeed a fine performer worth keeping tabs on. (If you need some backstory, you can read this piece Robert Wilonksy penned on her way back in 1998.)

Plus, she'll be in town at the end of next month for a gig at The Double Wide to promote the new disc--which, also interestingly enough, she is releasing on her own, freshly created label called Riley Records.

After the jump, a stream and download link for the first single off the new disc, the rowdy, frisky, "Touch Me." Which, yes, is about just what you think it is.
