The 10th Annual Latin Alternative Music Conference is Looking for Dallas Bands

Dryden is looking for some Dallas-area bands that fall into the Latin category to apply for a spot performing at the conference.
Among the events planned for LAMC 2009 are free concerts in Central Park and in Brooklyn, as well as the standard industry panels, showcases and film screenings. In the past, more than 1,200 industry attendees and 25,000 Latin music fans have attended this five-day event. Hopefully, one of Dryden's best signings, Los Fabulosos Cadillacs, will be featured at the conference.
Interested acts should send a press kit and a CD to: LAMC, 10627 Burbank Blvd., North Hollywood, CA 91601.
I'm positive that our area has some great, Latin-associated bands that should think about applying. Past Dallas Observer Music Award winners The Mad Mexicans come quickly to mind, but I am sure there are many others...
