Black Tie Dynasty threw in the towel Saturday night at the Granada Theater, and fans threw flowers and panties right back. With hugs, cake and drinks onstage, the band's exit was full of memorable moments, two months after they announced they'd be breaking up.
Photographer Gloria Levario was right there in the thick of it, and has more great shots from the night in our slideshow here.
Has anyone else noticed how everyone in the band but cory has a really cute little girlfriend or wife...yoko knows she doesnt measure up to those girls, she is so gross...
It was an extrmely bittersweet show and I have never seen the Granada as packed as it was Sat night. BTD couldn't have put together a better set list and the highlight of the night was having Dylan and Beau from Darryl/The Crash That Took Me join BTD on stage to perform Bloody Basin. Plus, it was a real kick seeing Brian play guitar for the one Moxie (band's name before Black Tie Dynasty) song they did. I have a lot of new memories that will have to get me by since I'm almost positive that I will never get to see my favorite band live again. This is a band that will never be replaced in my heart. And music will no longer have the sweet sound that it did without BTD around.
Yea, she was hanging out in the lobby while the band was playing.
Lance, if it's so gay, then why even waist your time clicking on the link. I have never understood why people read about bands or anything else that they don't like.
This is so gay.
all this "yoko" business puts WAY more importance on this whole thing than it deserves.
Good riddance...yuck
Was Dallas's own Yoko there?
BTD breaking up is the most trage thing to happen to the music scene in years.
