Poster Of The Week: Will Kapinos, Ashley Cromeens, Starhead and More at Dan's
Ira Wile of Starhead designed this week's winner. It promotes Sunday's show at Dan's Silverleaf in Denton, featuring music from Will Kapinos (whose former band, Jetscreamer, had an album title that gave Starhead its name) and Record Hop singer Ashley Cromeens, along with readings by poets Gigi Foster and Jason Ashbaugh.
The silhouette of a tree is an eye-catching image at first glance; look closer and you'll see the tree is growing seahorses. Also, check out the border, which consists of dozens of tiny sun and moon symbols. --Jesse Hughey
