created to cause migraines. I suppose this shit's supposed to be a

Not only is the cover boring, so is the title! Good music, though.

Just looking at this gives me a headache. As imaginative as Stipe's mumbling.

This horrendous cover not only beats all (ahem) comers this year--but
since it's a reissue from 1995, it can retroactively claim the title
for that year as well. Beyond tasteless, this is the kind of stuff
metalheads pass off as humor. Incredulously signed by artist (and I'm
