Hope you watched Barbershop on Comedy Central this afternoon (no joke, it just finished up a few minutes ago), as that's the closest you'll get to seeing Ice Cube today.
The Prophet Bar's Web site is now reporting that the show has been canceled. No word yet on any reschedules. --Pete Freedman

Again, I think the cancellation was due to lack of pre-sales. Most people didnt know Ice Cube by his new band name, The Boston Spaceships...

kind of a shame that it got cancelled. not that it was a venue that made sense or anything, but i'm always pulling for ellum to do anything, ANYTHING to get people interested.
