Bonus MP3: Eastwood -- "Right Place, Wrong Time"
Dallas has no shortage of great alt-country bands in our little scene, and now you can add Eastwood to that list.
The band will play the Barley House tomorrow night in celebration of Eastwood singer Kevin Millihan Minihan's birthday. There, the band will preview songs from their forthcoming album, Everthing's Personal, along with some selected band favorites. Everything Personal, Eastwood's sophomore release, was recorded alongside some recognizable area names: Salim Nourallah, Ken Bethea and Philip Peeples from the Old 97’s and Rob Stave from Boys Named Sue.
It'd be in your best interest to get there early, Eastwood will be going on at 9:30 p. m. and Smokewagon 44 will close out the night as as reverse opening support. It may seem odd for the main band to play early, but the guys say they want to get the goods out of the way early so the birthday celebration can begin.
