Chefs Tiffany Derry and Uno Immanivong Are Throwing a Pop-Up Dinner at Wine Poste
If you're a competitive-cooking-reality-TV enthusiast, you're certainly familiar with Dallas' own Tiffany Derry and Uno Immanivong, who have appeared on Top Chef and The Taste, respectively. The duo is tossing some dishes together for a dinner at Wine Poste next Thursday, October 17.

Dinner will consist of a five-course tasting menu with Champagne and wine pairings, all for $110 per person. Dinner includes amuse bouche, crispy beet salad, Chino's pho-zole, crispy duck confit with fried rice and Chinese barbecue pork and sausage and apple fritter churro bites with salted caramel.
Prior to her appearances on Top Chef, Derry worked at Go Fish. After the show, she opened Uptown's Private | Social, which seemed to do great while she was there but fizzled after she left. Derry now dabbles in other television shows, including Bar Rescue with Jon Taffer, while primarily running a consulting business, Tiffany Derry Concepts.
After appearing with Anthony Bourdain on ABC's The Taste, Uno has landed a spot in the new Trinity Groves area called Chino Chinatown, which has yet to open but should soon.
