Rice and Wheat serves the best Vietnamese Pho I've ever eaten in Dallas. Great little restaurant!

As Kristy Yang said, Rice and Wheat has excellent Pho.  Worth the trip, Kergo, even if the streets in the neighborhood are less than excellent.  And you can say hi to Jack Perkins next door.

The old Urban Café is about to re-open under new ownership.  I can't wait for the new food market to open next door in the old Urban Market space.  Downtown residents, comme moi, have to schlep out to Kroger, et al, these days for groceries.
