CoA is kicking off burger week Monday. We're packing in so many burger posts we may have to clean the plaque from our server lines, so be sure to eat some greens this weekend -- next week will not be good for you. Before you shut down your computers and head out into this blissful, almost summery weekend weather, we have a week to wrap up.

This week I reviewed East Hampton Sandwich Co., the new casual restaurant in Snider plaza that serves bliss between two slices of bread. If you haven't checked them out yet, you should. Start with that Cuban sandwich number and then work your way through the rest of the menu. There aren't many misses.

Elsewhere on CoA we took a look at the best places in Dallas to sample beer before you buy, rounded up a weekend's worth of interesting food events and let you know about Meat Fight, so there go your plans for a healthy weekend.

Over on the Eats Blog, Leslie Brenner reviewed Kirin Court and awarded three stars. She also penned a piece about the transient nature of Dallas' chefs and how it can potentially affect your dinner.

Side Dish has a nasty look at Bombay Chopstix new food truck. What's weird is the food doesn't look like Indo-Chinese at all. Bummer.

Entree Dallas has an interview with the Goodfriend folks. Consider it a must-read primer for burger week.

And Dallas Food Nerd liked Mughlai as much as I did. I'm starting to think it's one of the best restaurants in Dallas, Indian or otherwise.

Any blogs I'm missing? I want to keep this wrap-up as comprehensive as possible. If you know of a blog that deserves some attention, let me know in the comments. We'll see you next week, burger buns in hand.
