The bun at Neighborhood Services in Preston Royal is "toasted" sesame, by far, the best bun AND burger in Dallas, not to mention it is wood-grilled, with fresh, hand cut fries.
Haven't had East Hampton Sandwich Co.'s burger yet, but based on their sammies, I'm sure theirs is it.
