Four of the best burgers in Dallas are located on the same street... Commerce in Deep Ellum. St. Pete's Dancing Marlin, Adair's, Twisted Root and Angry Dog...my choice St. Pete's. 

Ten Bells Tavern - the egg (optional) is just gilding the lily.  All in all, a well-balanced and simple (but delicious) contender.  

@Goodfriend. particularly the Loretta, the blue cheese with carmelized onion. Bun is perfect, doesn't fall apart. Colleen and Jeanna know how to cook a burger. Really well prepared. 

Here is the deal- there is no better burger in Dallas than the ones at Uncle Ubers.  If you start with the basics- a great bun, a great patty, the fixins and the special coup de gras, something they call Ubers sauce.  I am not quite sure what it is but the taste of it is nothing less than, well....perfect.  I first tasted it on the burger and knew it was a perfect mix of flavors!  It led me to their other sandwiches with the sauce but the basic deal here is that when you need a burger you need Ubers.  Nothing else will do (especially the mini chain places that dot deep ellum like the Twisted Root and Buzz Brews)- the special attention that is always paid to detail at Ubers is a payoff you can't get at the other places.

Does "Dallas" mean only Dallas? I would think that the Dallas side would be included. Now, Burleson isn't Dallas, but Grand Prairie, yes sir. So, with that being said, Mixed-Up Burgers !!!

Uncle Uber's, by far.  The burgers are inexpensive and outstandingly delicious.  The staff is kind and the owners make it a point to support local businesses.  There is no pretension at Uncle Uber's, just good people, good food, and good prices.  We need more of that in Dallas.

Uncle Ubers in Deep Ellum is the best kept burger secret in Dallas (not for long though). It has to be considered one of the top burgers in town.

Twisted Root burger co in deep ellum-hands down!  so many topping options, and the homemade bread and butter pickles are icing on the burger.  Plus, after dinner you can hit up the rest of deep ellum. 

Jakes!!! Always my go to for a great burger and the poppy seed bun add that special touch!

Ten Bells Tavern in Bishop Arts!!  Order it "Daylon Style" with a fried egg and fresh jalapenos! And the fries are uh-mah-zing!

I like how it says "Best Burgers in Dallas" and everyone who can't read is voting for "Grand Prairie" wtf?

Angry Dog HAS to be in the mix. As someone else noted, the burgers are always tasty, fresh and juicy. Prepared to order. Accompanied by generous portions of delectable fries. You can complete the meal with a cold beverage of your choice. And a friendly waitstaff adds immensely to the dining experience.

Angry Dog gets my vote. Burgers are consistently tasty, fresh and juicy. They know what they are doing and on top of that good beer is on tap!

Angry Dog. I've been going there for 13 years and the burger has been consistently great anytime I have had it. It's the place I bring new people to when they want a burger and no one has ever been disappointed.

Angry Dog - I'm so picky when it comes to burgers, and Angry Dog is the only place  that has an outstanding burger, the kind you remember from when you were young. They are  thick, juicy and perfect. And the fries are dang good too!

Angry Dog --The burger, with ketchup and mustard and fries. And a cold Ace Pear. Just thinking about it makes me happy.

Angry Dog. The meat is juicy, they always have it cooked just right. Number one restaurant I miss right now while I'm at college in the midwest.

The Chophouse Burger at Chop House Burgers(in Arlington).  It's fully of flavor and yummy.  More than just your average burger!
