This small East Dallas diner moved locations a few years back and continues to endure, selling quick, low-cost breakfasts, cheap burgers and roast beef sandwiches. Order at the counter and wait for the owner to belt out your number, "two-thirty-nine!" before digging into a simple breakfast plate that hasn't changed in 40 years.
