Elotes en vaso is a simple and delicious Mexican snack that can be found all throughout Dallas. Elotes en vaso, or more commonly just referred to as "elotes" is a savory combination of corn, butter, mayo, crema mexicana, Cotija cheese (sometimes Parmesan), salt, hot sauce, lime and sometimes lemon pepper, and usually comes served in a Styrofoam cup. We love elotes (clearly). Apparently you do too: when we asked readers to list their favorite elotes spots in town, we were bombarded with responses.

We took a handful of those suggestions and ventured out to document some of Dallas' best elotes. Check it out here.
