Experience Lots of Tweed and Small Portions at This Weekend's CliffFest
This Sunday marks a fine opportunity to get a taste of Dallas' best restaurants without slipping into a calorie-induced coma. At the 3rd Annual CliffFest, from noon to 6 in the Bishop Arts District, local restaurants will serve smaller portions of their food in the $5 range. So far the list of participants includes Zen Sushi, Bolsa, Lockhart Smoke House, Mesa, the not-yet-opened Left Bank, Nova, Espumoso, Eno's, Oddfellows and Lucia (yes, Lucia!).

There are also two other events folded into CliffFest that you should know about.
The 2nd Annual Oak Cliff Chili Cook Off is open to all OC residents and businesses. Samples will be available and you can vote for the People's Choice Award.
The Dallas Tweed Ride is from the kids over at Bike Friendly Oak Cliff, who posted on their blog about the tweed ride:
Don your smartest apparel and make haste to the grassy knoll in Downtown Dallas (at Dealey Plaza) on November 13th at 1:30 p.m. The ride will take us through the historic Oak Cliff with stops at the Turner House for lawn games and merriment, the Bishop Arts District to stroll the outdoor market at Cliff Fest, and finally returning to Downtown Dallas.
