Dallas' Snappiest Desserts, In Photos
We're mostly savory animals at the Observer. We like our fried things, cheeses and big burgers. In the last year, we've sent food photographers to shoot Dallas' meats, tacos and chicken-topped waffles. Lately, however, we're developing a sweet tooth. It's probably caused by the fact that we sent crack photographer Samantha Guzman out to round up some photos of Dallas' snappiest desserts.
Samantha Guzman Bolsa's "Chocolate Thingy" with almond brittle and Grand Marnier Anglaise: more in the slide show.
So, yeah, that's what we did. From Lucia, Asian Mint, La Duni, Bolsa, Kathleen's Sky Diner, and The Grape, we collected some of Dallas' sticky, delicious, photogenic desserts. Check out the full round of shots in Sam's slideshow: The Great Desserts of Dallas.
