• Gandolfo's is parking it at Crouch Sales from 1130ish to 2:30 p.m. In case you're wondering, they sell "Bolts, Nuts, Screws and More." The store, not the food truck. But, there's bound to be something you need from both.

• For dessert, head over to Trailercakes for some "Slap Your Mother Chocolate" or "Laverne and Shirley" cupcakes. They have a groovy Airstream named Bubbles that they take out when they can (permit laws are totally different for trailers), so they work in a basement in Richardson most of the time. Just think, that could be the next big thing -- basements in Richardson.
