What better way to pass the time in between game four and five of the NBA Finals then to have the Southwest's best new chef prepare you a grilled BBQ Cornish game hen? If you're thinking "hell yeah," then make your way to Prekindle.com to snatch a seat at the Kessler Theater. Tickets are $60 a person, and by the looks of the menu, we'd advise you skip lunch next Wednesday - this meals going to be a big'n.
