That's No Moon: It's a Food Truck

You don't know the power of crust side.
This food truck is quite operational.

While food trucks are inching closer and closer--please, hurry!--to being parked in the Arts District in Dallas, the Grillenium Falcon has made its way to Arkansas. The force seems pretty damn strong with this one. Besides the effing genius art, the menu features sandwiches like the "Cheebacca" (with sharp white cheddar, bacon, pulled pork, grilled onion and garlic cilantro on sourdough). Laugh it up, fuzzball.

So, there's one more reason to anxiously await the arrival of food trucks in Dallas: creativity and comfort food on one bun.

Lame fad! Driving away with Dallas citizens money is great for the local enconomy, especially for the local business that have made are investment in you know like buildings and tables and chairs and such

A) Not in Dallas but in Fayetteville, AR B) This is a mobile version of their local, sit-down (and often packed) restaurant C) Makes more sense than trying to get multiple brick and mortar locations just to satisfy a demanding lunch crowd.

Unless you shop or eat at local businesses all the time, you're full of shit. Food trucks are a special treat, not something people go to all the time for meals.

Like all those damn little pizza stores with the cars that deliver pizza, taking business from the big pizza stores that made an investment in larger buildings?  Interesting perspective... never thought about choosing my food based on capital investment in chairs.  Something tells me they'll be back from the fertile land of Arkansas once Dallas actually let's them go full tilt.
