So when the Libertine Bar offered a pair of tickets for next week's Unibroue beer dinner for a City of Ate giveaway, it seemed appropriate to award them to an artistic reader. Tickets to the dinner, set for 7 p.m. Wednesday, February 23, are $50 apiece. But whoever comes up with the winning design for the menu to be used that night can snag a pair for free.

First Course: Cucumber & Watermelon Salad paired with Ephemere.
Second Course: Roasted Red Bell Pepper & Pancetta Soup paired with Trois Pistoles.
Third Course: Cauliflower & Piave Gratin paired with Blanche de Chambly.
Fourth Course: Roasted Rib Eye with Maple Syrup & Coffee Reduction. Served with Poutine and paired with Maudite.
Fifth Course: Apricot & Thyme Strussel paired with La Fin Du Monde.
Submit your designs via e-mail to the Libertine's Simon McDonald and Michele Stanton, or drop them off at the bar by 3 p.m. Monday, February 21.
