​Despite Chef Kent Rathbun getting all high-end and mighty with the blue plate special, we know the truth: It's low-cost, meat and potatoes, blue collar comfort food that changes with the day of the week. And if you're lucky, the restaurant serving it up will also have an ice box filled with icebox pies. Kinda like this one. Can you guess where I'm eating?
