No. 88 Sliders at Dish at the Illume
Sliders are everywhere these days, but the three little gems lined up on the sleek white plate at Dish at the Ilume on Cedar Springs comprise one of the great appetizers on any menu right now, and a pretty darn fine little meal in themselves. Stacked up on the dome-topped seeded buns are generous mounds of ground sirloin, crisp slices of applewood bacon, melted Iowa white cheddar, lettuce, tomato and a sweet slice of pickle. Nibble them or gobble them, these sliders are gourmet fast food so good you won't want to share.
