Dallas' latest incarnation of the Hard Rock Cafe...yawn...where were we...oh, it is getting set for a soft opening in the middle of next week at Victory Park's southern end, about a block from the House of Blues.
While work crews finish up the flooring and the gift shop, and the cooks and waitstaff get their uniforms, the folks at Hard Rock invited local media inside for a look around.
