OK--pulling the line slightly out of context. They meant to say their wine selection will blow away critics. But you gotta love it when words drop.

Yeah and I also heard that after they read the press release you mention from Five-Sixty aka the Wanna Puck Restaurant Group, it was said that wine critics Joshua Wesson, Anthony Dias Blue, and Steve Olsen all simultaneously suffered from spontaneous human pant zipper combustion. Probably just a rumor tho.
