"He was a happy-go-lucky guy with a great work ethic." (Ed Murph, owner of Norma's Cafe, on Lonnie Ray Ellis, one of his kitchen staff. Ellis died last week in an auto accident with a DART bus. Norma's staff placed a donation jar at the counter to raise enough money for Ellis to be buried by his mother's grave in Louisiana. As quoted by the Dallas Morning News.)
