Later this month, Bijoux chef Scott Gottlich will spend a couple nights digging into the past. The culinary archeologist has created what he calls the Classics Dinner, meaning escargot, oysters Rockefeller, stuffed lobster and beef Wellington and other fine dining favorites from days of yore..

The dishes will be paired with wine selections by Gina Gottlich. You can relive the era of Morgan, Rockefeller and McDuck at the Classics Dinner for $65 per person or $90 per person with wine pairings May 29 and 30. Reservations at 214-350-6100.
