Nana's view is even better in color.

From 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. tomorrow, Nana at the Hilton Anatole will offer its monthly wine and food flight trio, Friday Night Flights.

For $20 per head, plus tax and tip, you can sample three of the bar's fine wines paired with scallop ceviche, drunken goat cheese and grilled flank steak. Not bad at all. Of course, portions will likely be small (they use the term "bites" to describe the dishes). But if you're hungry afterwards, the bar probably still has free cashews.

Besides, it beats fighting traffic on Stemmons.

The full description of the event, which falls on the first Friday of each month, is at the Nana web site. Reservations are recommended and available at 214-761-7470.
